I read a few reviews before I wanted to give mine. I think this place is amazing. I’ve been here three times and each time I’ve had a phenomenal burger. You’re not getting a quarter inch thick patty with fake meat on it. You are truly getting top quality beef, and about half inch thick burgers, it seems to me that this restaurant is more of a takeout restaurant than an eat in restaurant but all three times I have gone, I have eaten in. I think the fries are perfect portion which is contradictory to what some people say. The burger is ALWAYS juicy and cooked to perfection. It is no wonder that this burger joint has 4.5 stars. I would like to comment then on average when my boyfriend and I go to eat we’re spending about 30 on two burgers, 1 side if fries, and 1 drink- but for me, this is no different than going to a more formal restaurant and getting two burgers, and having a poor quality burger. I do not mind paying for good quality food, and Big Buns checks all the boxes for me!!

Best burger in Arlington this trip and you won't be left hungry with the portion size. Healthier soda and tea options other than coke/pepsi were nice to see. Can't wait to try the other burgers. Service was friendly and prompt.

Now that's a tasty burger. An excellent quality of seasoned beef meets freshly grown produced and top-notch craftsmanship to make, as I might have said in pulp fiction, a damn tasty burger. They also have a selection of brews, and adult powered Frozen beverages.
Amazing burgers and shakes! The burgers here are seriously addictive. They're cooked exactly how you want them, and the toppings are always on point. Don't forget to try one of their milkshakes – they're the perfect complement to a great burger.
I am updating my review and I am now giving 5 stars. I experienced an issue with first order ever at Big Buns. When I went to pick it up, the bag was stapled and 2 plastic cups & straws were on top of it. Upon our return back home, we realized that there were no drinks in the bag. It was very disappointing. After I flagged the issue to the restaurant, I received a call from Olivia, the restaurant Manager. She apologized for the incident and invited us to visit again the restaurant. We eventually did and we had a wonderful time. The food was great and the staff were very nice. Well done Olivia and team Big Buns. We will be back! Excellent customer service
They are doing indoor seating but they are doing a great job with Covid guidelines. Prices are great and service it’s kinda fast. They have different options of natural juices. I had the lamb burger, I’ve never had any before and it was delicious!!! A different experience full of flavor... Cajun fries are yummy, Classic burger it was tasty, Angus beef burger with different toppings, you can sign up for their points program and get free stuff later. You can pay with Apple Pay I recommend this place and I’m coming back for sure.
